Receiving Payments with VeriPay

How to quickly and securely receive payments on Verivend with VeriPay.

  1. You will be notified of a new payment by email from Verivend and the email will be sent from
    no-reply@mail.verivend.com.

    Please make sure to safelist/allowlist the verivend.com domain and add no-reply@mail.verivend.com to your contact list or safe sender list to ensure you receive all emails from Verivend.

The email will have the subject line (Company Name) sent you a new payment on Verivend and you can click the Accept Payment button to view the payment.

  1. The first time accessing Verivend, click the Accept button to accept the terms and conditions and then click the Continue button to view and accept the payment.

For registered users, log in with your Verivend account and click the Accept VeriPay button.

  1. The first time accepting a payment, fill in the fields on the Accept VeriPay screen to add your bank account information and then click the Accept button. This is the bank account where the payment received will be deposited.

    Enter your bank account’s Routing NumberAccount Nick Name (this is only for your own reference), Account Type, and Account Number.

    Note: You can choose to automatically transfer the payment to your bank account by selecting that checkbox on this screen. This can be changed at any time in your account settings on the Bank Accounts screen in the Auto Transfer Settings section.
  1. Quick Pays you’ve accepted will be viewable as Accepted in the listing of payments you’ve received.
